Corporate governance

By publishing our corporate governance principles, we wish to live up to the trust that our customers, business partners and shareholders have placed in our Bank. That is why we make our rules public, despite being an unlisted corporation under public law.

We will continue to regularly review our corporate governance principles in the light of new events and legal provisions and changes to national and international standards.

The Board of Management, the Board of Administration and the General Meeting all identify with these principles in performing their mandates.
