Sustainability ratings

BayernLB's sustainability performance is regularly evaluated by specialist independent rating agencies. The Bank achieved very good ratings once again in the latest round of assessments:

• oekom research AG ranked BayernLB above the sector average as C and classified the bank as "Prime" in 2010.
• Scoris GmbH gave BayernLB a total of 64.9 points out of 100 in 2008, which was well above the sector average of 47.999 points and confirmed the very good results of previous years.

Due to these results BayernLB's bonds qualifiy as sustainable investments.
