When you visit our website, we will collect, process and use only that data pertaining to you which we need to present our products and services to you. Once you have left our website, we will only use this data on the frequenting of our web site to develop our website in accordance with your wishes and requirements. This information is analysed for statistical purposes; the users remain anonymous.

Encryption and Digital Signature for E-mail

The BayernLB with representative offices and branches all over the world takes it for granted to have a secure company-wide communication infrastructure in place. But we would also like sensitive information to be transfered securely on the way between customer, partner and bank.

The BayernLB secures sensitive data to be exchanged via internal and global e-mail networks using standard-compatible encryption and signature. Our employee's keys and if requested the customer's and partner's keys are certified by the certification authority BLB CA. - If necessary issued certificates are revoked by a Certification Revocation List (CRL).
